Zoe Crasborn is the founder of NeuroPerform – An Occupational Therapy service that serves Melbourne’s West, North and Northeast suburbs with a focus on Neurological disorders. Zoe has a passion for seeing individuals with neurological conditions regain and maintain their function through determination and hard work as a team.

Sov holds a Bachelor of Health Science and a Master of Occupational Therapy Practice from La Trobe University, and is a member of the Golden Key Honour Society. With seven years of experience in community neurorehabilitation, she specializes in upper limb rehabilitation for conditions like stroke, TBI, and MS. Sov is skilled in cognitive and wheelchair assessments, supporting clients with memory, attention, and mobility challenges. Her evidence-based, client-centered approach is driven by continuous learning, enabling her to deliver compassionate care that enhances independence and quality of life.

Riley Brenchley, with a Bachelor of Health Science and over three years’ experience as an allied health assistant, supports clients with neurological conditions across Melbourne’s western suburbs. Currently completing her Bachelor of Occupational Therapy, she focuses on neurological rehabilitation and upper limb support. Her background as a certified personal trainer enhances her understanding of biomechanics and recovery, allowing her to deliver tailored, client-centered care that promotes function and independence.
